Ethylene Glycol is used primarily as an HVAC antifreeze or coolant. Systems that are charged with diluted ethylene glycol need to be treated with buffered corrosion inhibitors. EG402 is a full strength, molybdate inhibited ethylene glycol blend, designed for use in closed loop heating or cooling systems. Provides enhanced corrosion protection in multi-metal systems containing brass, copper, copper alloys, steel, and cast iron. The additional dispersant helps protect closed loop systems against deposit accumulation.
